My Journey

I wasn't always a life coach. For a long time, I wore masks, trying to match what was expected of me. I went through periods of deep doubt, loss of confidence, and total questioning.

One day, I decided enough was enough. That I deserved better. That I deserved to live a life aligned with who I truly am. That day, I began my own path of renaissance.

This journey of personal renaissance profoundly transformed me. It taught me that every challenge carries a lesson, that every wound can become a strength, and that every person — without exception — possesses the resources needed to rebuild.

Today, based at 18 Boulevard Jourdan in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, I guide women and men who, like me once, are seeking to find their way again. My office is a space of trust, kindness, and transformation.
